Payment and billing

A license for the Ricochet product is sold as a monthly or annual subscription, billed in advance. Unless you cancel prior to your renewal date, your subscription automatically renews for successive periods of the same length.

Refunds

Ricochet licenses are sold by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. All refunds are handled by Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s terms and policies. We do not process refunds or issue payments directly. To request a refund, contact us at contact@ricochet.rs, or contact Paddle using the receipt you received for your purchase.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current subscription term, and you remain responsible for any fees already due for that term. There are no partial refunds for cancelling early.
